e-conomic private pilot

Review the voucher.
Keep e-conomic in control.

Prepare balanced, traceable accounting drafts from Booking Bible sales and Stripe settlement evidence. A venue operator submits only after review; an accountant books in e-conomic.
  • One-way to unbooked drafts
  • Accountant-reviewed
  • Allowlisted pilot only

Pilot workflow

Evidence first, submission second

The pilot keeps preparation, approval and ledger booking as separate, visible decisions.

Prepare

Build immutable snapshots for eligible sales, refunds, Stripe processing fees and payouts.

Validate

Require explicit account and VAT mappings, then prove debit equals credit before submission.

Review in e-conomic

Create unbooked draft entries. Your accountant reconciles and books them in the ledger of record.

Designed for the pilot

  • Taxable, exempt and mixed-VAT breakdowns with immutable source evidence
  • Refunds linked to their original accounting source
  • Stripe gross receipts, clearing, payouts and processing fees
  • Explicit exchange rates, base-currency totals and rounding lines
  • Durable idempotency, retry, reconciliation and held-exception records

Deliberate limitations

  • No customer-master or invoice synchronization
  • No automatic bookkeeping, booking or finalization
  • No inbound accounting edits or broad two-way synchronization
  • No gift-card, stored-credit, multipurpose-voucher or cash/manual-settlement treatment
  • No general availability or pilot billing claim

Prerequisites

A controlled accounting change

The private pilot requires a Superuser-authorized e-conomic installation, an eligible module and venue, current legal acceptance, explicit mappings, a dedicated trial agreement for acceptance testing, and an accountant-approved acceptance matrix.

Questions

Private-pilot boundaries

Does Booking Bible book vouchers automatically?
No. An authorized venue operator reviews a balanced preview and manually submits unbooked draft entries. The accountant reviews and books them in e-conomic.
Does the pilot synchronize customers or invoices?
No. Customer-master synchronization, customer invoices, booked invoices, inbound edits and automatic finalization are outside the private pilot.
What must be configured first?
The venue needs an eligible e-conomic agreement, the Booking Bible e-conomic module, pilot approval, current legal acceptance and accountant-approved journal, bank, Stripe clearing, fee, rounding, revenue, liability and VAT mappings.
Which transactions are held?
Missing or mixed tax evidence, missing mappings, split or special settlements, gift cards, stored credit, multipurpose vouchers, cash/manual settlements and unsupported treatments are held for review rather than guessed or skipped.
